He brings over two decades of global experience in fintech, digital assets, payments, banking, and financial services. Patrick has held leadership roles across major international markets, including as General Counsel of Prosus’ Fintech and Payments division, PayU. He has led legal, regulatory, and strategic efforts across regions, helping grow fintech ecosystems in complex, dynamic environments.

Patrick’s international experience has given him a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the role of leadership, communication, and trust in building high-performing teams.

He holds an Executive International Directors Certification from INSEAD, a postgraduate Law Degree, and a B.A. in Industrial Psychology, Law, and English from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
